About Alice Limoges
Born and raised where the mountains meet the sea in coastal Maine, Alice Limoges was singing even before she could walk. After studying a mix of jazz, classical, production, and contemporary music at SUNY Purchase’s Music Conservatory, she met her jazz trained bandmates Alex Frondelli, Sean Power, and Martine Wade and became a seasoned musician with a personal flair. With a voice reminiscent of a young Fiona Apple , Alice posses a powerful, strong voice with the heart and soul of a classic folk troubadour.
Her latest release is a music video for her new single Hungry For A Vice, about “the art of self sabotage” and new songs produced with Right Angle Recording will be dropping in 2019. When she’s not working on music, Alice has a wide range of passions and inspirations such as being in nature, exploring, reading novels and poetry, and painting.
Alice has played extensively around the East Coast. Her most recent shows include festivals (Keene Music Festival, Keene, NH; The Campfire Festival, Cambridge, MA; Belfast Free Range Festival, Belfast, ME), colleges (Columbia University, Hamilton College, Bard College, Western New England University, Landmark College, SUNY New Paltz, SUNY Purchase), and other legendary venues such as The Cutting Room (NYC), Rockwood Music Hall (NYC), The Bitter End (NYC), PIANOS (NYC), The Bowery Electric (NYC), Club Passim (Boston), and Cafe Nine (New Haven) as well as intimate gigs with Sofar Sounds.
