Green Kill is very excited to announce that a selection of works by Kevin Paulsen will be on exhibition from Saturday, December 7 to Saturday, December 28 with an opening celebration on Saturday, December 7 from 5 pm – 7 pm. Best viewing hours are 3 pm to 5 pm, Tuesday – Saturday. Green Kill hours are 3 pm – 9 pm Tuesday – Saturday.
The Green Kill December Exhibition will include Edward Hueber, Kevin Paulsen and Ricardo Woo.
At first blush, Kevin Paulsen’s paintings are whimsical, between perceived reality and the unknown, a place within to look at beauty and contemplate the wonder. However, upon further reflection, his work opens up into a world of fantasy and post capital debauchery that leaves the viewers unsettled and a bit unsure of their footing. Fornication, desire, dream, and the odd monkeys fill a world that speaks to the end… Or is it to the beginning? It’s really all up to you.
Green Kill is a multi-use performance space dedicated to a diverse and growing creative community. Green Kill’s mission is to create artistic opportunities through peer to peer organization of talented and dedicated visual, performing and literary artists.
